Osimhen Bags Brace as Galatasaray Clinch Historic Fourth Straight Super Lig Title

Victor Osimhen saved the best moment for last.

The Nigerian striker hit a second-half brace as Galatasaray beat Antalyaspor 4-2 to seal their fourth consecutive Super Lig title — the first club in Turkish football history to achieve that feat. Twenty-two goals and eight assists across 33 appearances this season. A dominant campaign, rounded off with two goals in the moment that mattered.

Now comes the noise. Former Beşiktaş midfielder Sinan Engin warned this week that trouble is coming. “Next season, Osimhen will be the biggest problem for the Galatasaray management,” he said. “Osimhen won’t be able to play this comfortably next season.” The argument: every team in the league will build a specific plan to stop him next time around.

Barcelona, Arsenal, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich have all reportedly circled. Osimhen has consistently said he loves the club. Whether that holds through the summer is the question.

For now — four titles in a row. Nobody else has done that in Turkey.
